There is power in the Word of God. The power to change our lives. “Is not my word like fire,” declares the Lord, “and like a hammer that breaks a rock in pieces?” Jeremiah 23:29
God the Almighty spoke and the heavens were formed. He also spoke and Jesus Christ rose from the dead. God spoke and Saul the persecutor was converted and became Paul the Apostle. Yes, there is power in the Word of God.
God is doing new things here in our church. Lives are changing. Our Bible study and prayer time are coming on just fine. And we are growing little by little, by His grace and power of the Almighty.
I know when we prayerfully study the Word of God by His power He can use it to change lives. He can also do the same for you.
Remember: “For the Word of God is living and active. Sharper than any double-edged sword, it penetrates even to dividing soul and spirit, joints and marrow; it judges the thoughts and attitudes of the heart.” Hebrews 4:12
