Sermon: “Passionate Witness”

Sunday, April 10, 2011
Jesus uses the contrast between light and darkness to describe himself in relation to the rest of the world.  He demonstrates that by giving sight to a man who was born blind.  It’s easy to relate to this man, since we are also born blind to God’s truth in our sin.  However, when the lights are flipped on, we can’t help but to be passionate witness to what we have seen and heard.
Readings: Acts 4:1-22, John 9
