Nobody wants to be replaceable. It’s nice to feel important. But when we’re talking about the work of God in the world through His people, not only is everyone replaceable, but it is the hightest calling of every Christian to train up their replacements. Listen to how Moses deals with being replaceable and how we are to follow in those same footsteps.
