Read Matthew 25:1-13. What made the foolish ladies foolish? The wise ladies wise? Who is the bridegroom? What does this parable call us to do?

Read Matthew 25:14-30A talent is worth about 1 years wages. What are you investing your time into? Are you putting it to good use, or burying it away?

 

Wed. Nov 8

Read Amos 5:18-24 . The people of this passage put on a good show, but are they really doing what they’re called to?  What warning does this give us today?

Read 1 Thessalonians 4:13-18. What promise do we receive here? How does this impact you today?

Read Acts 1:1-11 and Ephesians 2:1-10.. The disciples and us live in the same time period, that being post ascension. Now that Christ has risen, how can we live out all that Christ has taught us? What does it mean to be alive in Christ?

Read Romans 6. What freedom does this chapter bring you today? How has God shown you love through that freedom?
