Easter Breakfast from 8-9 am will include Egg Strata (eggs, cream, french bread, sausage, cheese, spinach, and roasted tomatoes), Egg Strata without meat & Egg Strata without bread; roasted potatoes with onions and peppers; yogurt, fruit and granola parfaits; coffee; juice & milk.
The Easter breakfast will benefit Bethel’s Christian Education fund. Bethel students who are receiving assistance will be there to serve and clean up! Bethel has 17 students receiving Education Assistance which is $34,000 ($2000 per student) for the 2015-2016 school year. As of 2/14/2016, $18,311.50 has been raised! All proceeds from the Easter breakfast will go directly into the Education assistance account since a Thrivent Action Team has been approved for this project with $250 for food and supplies for the event.
