One of the major issues facing Paul in the new Christian church was culture. In Romans 14 he addresses the difference between those Christians who came out of Judaism and those Christians who were Gentiles. They let disputable matters cause divisions and distracted them from being disciples of Jesus. We never do that today… do we?
