Easter Sermon: “Morning Light”

Easter Sunday, April 4, 2010
Readings: 2 Samuel 23:1-7, 1 Corinthians 15:19-26, Luke 24:1-12
There is something remarkable about the morning light, when darkness slowly gives way to the light of day.  King David likens a righteous ruler to this morning light.  It was likely the first morning light that greeted the women whose intent it was to anoint Jesus with spices the day he rose from the dead.  Listen to Pastor Seabaugh speak of the joy of living in the morning light of the risen Christ!
