You and I cannot add anything to what Christ did for us, because He has done it all. If Christ’s death was not enough, if we needed to add our own good works to His in order to be saved, then we could never know for sure that we will go to heaven when we die. Because we could never be sure if we have done enough. But Brother and Sisters in Christ, our sins have been fully paid, and Christ’s work is completely finished Thank you.
Fellow believers nothing more remains to be done. Christ’s sacrifice is complete. His work on our behalf is finished. Think about this and thank Him for making us part of His family forever.
Remember 1 John 1:7 If we walk in the light as He is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus Christ, the Son of God His Son cleanses us from all sin.
