God put us here to live for others, not just ourselves. Jesus gave us purpose when he came, and lived and died for us. Because of His sacrifice, we have the promise of life eternal, a gift given to us by faith in Him. But the gift isn’t just for us. It’s for everybody! And the only way people will know what Jesus did for them is if we tell them. At Bethel, we are committed to communicating this gift of God to those around us. We believe that the Bible is the true Word of God. We believe that God wants us to be in community with other believers and those in our neighborhoods. We believe that God’s love should be expressed in our world to make a better world for others and to open eternity to all who will believe.
