The 58th Annual National Day of Prayer will take place Thursday, May 7, 2009. Millions will unite in prayer as thousands of events will take place from coast to coast. The theme for this year is “Prayer… America’s Hope” and is based on the verse from Psalm 33:22 which states: “May your unfailing love rest upon us, O Lord, even as we put our hope in you.” www.ndptf.org
Central Lutheran School Prayer Walk – Thursday, May 7th -All Are Welcome!
In observance of the National Day of Prayer, the CLS Moms in Touch (moms praying for their students) group is leading a prayer walk in the neighborhood surrounding the school. No experience is necessary (walk at your own pace). Anyone wishing to join us should meet at CLS at 8:45 a.m. for instructions, be given prayer suggestions and walk route, and then walk between 9:00-10:00 a.m. Come lift our staff, students, board and our nation in prayer.
